So in order for the banks to get a return on their investments, they require you to shift your account to an internet checking account. They are going to give you more choice and more money. Finally the banks will shut more local branches, this is inevitable, then you will either be mandated onto an internet checking account or you will have to travel. By this point they may not be providing such great benefits.
